Leafing through the pages of the menu, you will find first and foremost a very wide choice of risotti, among which the most popular are:


  • Risotto Affumicato: speck, chanterelle mushrooms and smoked scamorza

  • Risotto Tirolese: chanterelle mushrooms and smoked ham/speck

  • Risotto Rustichel: smoked ham, cream and walnuts

  • Risotto Messicana: chicken, chilli peppe and swet peppers

  • Risotto Trittico di Bosco: asparagus, wild mushrooms and truffle


To try something really unusual we have:

  • Risotto Apples and Gorgonzola cheese

  • Risotto Lemon and Mint

  • Risotto California: plums, walnuts and bacon

  • Risotto 3 Pozzi: pears and smoked ham/speck

  • Risotto Mint and Licorice


Among the classical risotti you can taste:

  • Risotto with wild mushrooms (porcini)

  • Risotto with asparagus

  • Risotto with venison

  • Risotto Milanese style

  • Risotto with artichokes


We also have a choice of risotti with fish:

The price of risotti and first courses go from 7,00 euros to 9,50 euros.
As for meat and fish the most expensive dish is mixed grilled meats which is 12,00 euros.

The cellar offers typical wines from Trentino.

  • Red wines: Marzemino, Teroldego, Merlot, Pinot nero, Cabernet

  • White wines: Pinot grigio, Muller, Chardonnay, Moscato giallo


Dessert:

Lemon sorbet, Apple strudel, Home-made cake with walnuts and chocolate, Classical parfait

And to finish a nice coffee: "Caffè della casa" (coffe, cream and vov), "Mint coffee" (coffe, mint syrup and lemon peel), "Cioco Espresso" (coffee, chocolate liqueur and cinnamon)

And a grappa (brandy) out of a wilde selection.

  • Sweet and fruit grappas: Limoncino, Blueberries grappa, Wild berries grappa, Nocino (from walnuts), Anima Nera, Peach grappa, Pear grappa, Green apple grappa.
